Born in a Barn Studio (est. 2004) is a professional audio recording studio, operating on a ProTools HD2 platform, powered by Digidesign and Apple Mac.
Centered on recording music by bands/solo artists, BB Studio is multi-genre but specializes in live music - that which is played rather than mainly programmed, catering for all ages & offers demo work to full-blown albums.
It's an all-in-one facility with accommodation room to sleep 5 in beds and has a separate chill-zone for games, together with self-catering facilities.
Situated on farm-land clients can escape the city buzz yet are only 3 miles from regular amenities being just off the M6 J2.
Roger Greasby, the owner, works closely with all clients to gain the highest standard. Groups such as. The Chairmen (Leicester) & Dear Superstar (Manchester) have worked here and outside producers visited the studio.
BB Studio’s other services include Pop-Star Parties - a recording experience for youngsters to enjoy singing as a group to your chosen songs.
BB Studio undertakes plenty of voice-over work for companies making training/therapy CDs or radio work and is available for audio restoration & final mastering work.
